These Terms and Conditions govern your use of investment performance reporting services, investor reporting automation, and Investment Operations consulting provided by Blackridge Intelligence.
Service Description
Blackridge Intelligence provides hedge fund reporting services, fund reporting automation, portfolio performance analytics, and Operation Infrastructure Design consulting. We are a financial analytics and reporting advisory firm, not investment advisors or fund administrators.
Services We Provide:
- Monthly investor reporting services
- Fund performance reporting automation
- Investor reporting solutions design and implementation
- Fund dashboard solutions development
- Capital reporting services and AUM reporting services
- Institutional reporting standards consulting
- Operation Infrastructure Design advisory
Services We Do NOT Provide:
- Investment advice or portfolio management
- Regulatory compliance services
- Fund administration or accounting
- Legal or tax advisory services
Scope of Hedge Fund Analytics Services
Our investor reporting automation and fund data analytics consulting support operational reporting infrastructure only. Clients remain responsible for investment decisions, compliance obligations, and fiduciary duties.
We design and implement institutional reporting services systems. Clients retain ultimate responsibility for accuracy and completeness of fund performance reporting distributed to investors.
Client Responsibilities for Investment Operations
Clients engaging our monthly investor reporting services must provide timely access to data sources including broker statements, trading records, expense documentation, and investor information.
Clients review all portfolio performance analytics, fund dashboard solutions outputs, and investor communications before distribution. Final approval remains client responsibility.
Data Security in Investment Performance Reporting Services
We maintain reasonable security measures protecting client data used in hedge fund reporting services. Clients acknowledge that internet-based investor reporting automation involves inherent security risks.
We do not guarantee absolute security. Clients remain responsible for data backup and disaster recovery beyond our Operation Infrastructure Design implementations.
Payment Terms for Investor Reporting Solutions
Pilot engagements for fund reporting automation require payment upon project completion. Monthly retainer for ongoing monthly investor reporting services bills in advance.
Late payments may result in suspension of institutional reporting services delivery. Clients remain liable for fees during suspension periods.
Intellectual Property in Fund Performance Reporting
We retain rights to methodologies, templates, and frameworks used in investor reporting automation. Clients receive licenses to use deliverables including fund dashboard solutions and portfolio performance analytics outputs.
Custom Operation Infrastructure Design implementations become client property upon full payment. Reusable components and methodologies remain our intellectual property.
Limitations on Hedge Fund Reporting Services
We provide investment performance reporting services to the best of our ability but make no guarantees regarding investment outcomes, investor satisfaction, or regulatory compliance.
Our institutional reporting standards consulting reflects industry best practices but does not constitute legal or regulatory advice. Clients should consult appropriate professionals for compliance matters.
Liability Limits for Investment Operations
Our liability for investor reporting solutions errors or omissions is limited to fees paid for the specific monthly investor reporting services period where issues occurred. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Clients indemnify us against claims arising from investment decisions, regulatory violations, or investor disputes unrelated to our hedge fund analytics services quality.
Termination of Fund Reporting Automation
Either party may terminate monthly investor reporting services retainers with 30 days written notice. Clients remain responsible for fees through notice period.
Upon termination, we provide reasonable transition assistance. Clients receive copies of fund dashboard solutions configurations and Operation Infrastructure Design documentation.
Confidentiality in Investment Performance Reporting Services
We maintain confidentiality of client information obtained through investor reporting automation engagements. We may use anonymized examples in marketing our hedge fund reporting services.
Clients authorize necessary data sharing with technology platforms required for fund performance reporting automation.
Changes to Investor Reporting Solutions Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions for our monthly investor reporting services. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Material changes affecting institutional reporting services pricing or scope will be communicated directly to active clients.
Governing Law for Investment Operations Services
These terms governing our investor reporting automation and fund reporting automation services are governed by applicable commercial law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
